Maryss Stud’s first foal, Amalia, has lived a full and busy life. She has flown the Atlantic twice, been shown in Dallas, Texas USA twice and shown many times in the UK with great success; she is the mother of 15 foals many of whom have been bought as foundation stock for other PRE Studfarms, and at nearly 29 years old she is still enjoying life but at a slower speed.

This mare is 100% CARDENAS breeding, having been conceived at the World Famous stud of Miguel Angel de Cardenas Osuna, a product of his stunningly successfull breeding programme that has produced many National Champions of Spain, Mexico, Costa Rica, and other countries.
Arriving in the UK tucked away in her beautiful mothers tummy, Lucia has grown into a very lovely and important mare for the Stud, particularly as she was Quebradilla’s only foal born here before she died.
Her sire UNGIDO IV was NATIONAL CHAMPION OF SPAIN, and TWICE CHAMPION OF ANDALUCIA, before being syndicated to a group of breeders in the Balearic Islands.
Lucia was declared 3rd overall Best Moving Mare in Show at the 2006 National Championship Breed Show.
Best British Bred Mare 5-6yr old class.
Lucia has now produced Six Non-Grey foals !!!!!!!!!
